Digital Delivery & Access Policy

1. Digital Product
AurumNarra Gold Engine is a digital TradingView indicator. No physical product is manufactured, packaged or shipped to the customer.
2. Method of Delivery
Access is delivered electronically by granting invite-only access to the AurumNarra Gold Engine indicator through the customer’s TradingView account.
Customers must provide the correct TradingView username after completing payment. Access cannot be activated using an incorrect, incomplete or unavailable username.
3. Activation Time
Access is normally activated within six hours, and generally no later than 24 hours, after:
- The payment has been successfully received and verified.
- The customer has provided the correct TradingView username.
- Any required payment or identity verification has been completed.
Activation may take longer during weekends, public holidays, technical interruptions, TradingView service issues or when additional payment verification is required.
4. Customer Confirmation
After access is granted, the customer may receive confirmation through email, WhatsApp or another contact method provided during the purchase process.
5. Access Period
The access period depends on the plan purchased by the customer. Access begins when the indicator is activated on the customer’s TradingView account.
AurumNarra currently uses manual renewals unless otherwise clearly stated. Access may expire automatically when the purchased period ends.
6. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing the correct TradingView username.
- Maintaining access to their TradingView account.
- Using the indicator only on the authorised account.
- Contacting support promptly if access is not visible after activation.
7. Incorrect Account Information
AurumNarra is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect TradingView username, incorrect contact details, failed communication or incomplete payment information supplied by the customer.
8. Failed or Reversed Payments
Access will not be activated for failed, cancelled, disputed, reversed or refunded payments. AurumNarra may suspend or remove access where a completed payment is later reversed or charged back.
9. Technical Delays
Temporary delays may occur because of TradingView availability, payment gateway review, internet outages, platform maintenance or other technical circumstances outside AurumNarra’s reasonable control.
10. Support
For delivery or activation assistance, contact AurumNarra and include your name, payment reference, selected plan and TradingView username.
