This policy explains how AurumNarra, operated by Ravindra Dangi, handles information submitted through the website, checkout and support channels.
Information collected
- Name, email address, WhatsApp number and country
- TradingView username
- Selected plan, order identifier and payment reference
- Support messages and technical information you voluntarily provide
- Website usage information collected through analytics, such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, navigation paths, time spent, session duration, device and browser type, referral source and approximate location
Use of information
Information is used to verify payment, grant and manage access, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain transaction records and communicate important access information.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Razorpay and PayPal. Payment identifiers, status and limited customer details may be stored in the payment provider dashboard and our access-request records. If you choose manual crypto payment, support records may include your transaction hash and public wallet address, which are also visible on the relevant public blockchain. AurumNarra does not receive or store full card numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords, PayPal login credentials, crypto seed phrases or private keys. We will never ask you to provide a seed phrase or private key.
Website hosting, analytics and advertising measurement
The website is hosted through Netlify and uses Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel. Microsoft Clarity provides session recordings and heatmaps so we can understand how visitors navigate, click and scroll through the website. These providers may process technical and usage information, such as pages viewed, browser or device details, referral information, approximate location and interactions with checkout steps, according to their own privacy terms. We use this information to understand website performance, measure advertising results and improve the customer experience. The entire checkout form is explicitly masked from Microsoft Clarity, and we do not intentionally send payment-card details, banking credentials, TradingView usernames or customer-entered payment references to analytics or advertising tools.
Cookies and similar technologies
Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar browser technologies. You can limit these technologies through your browser settings and any controls made available by Google, Microsoft or Meta. Blocking them may reduce measurement accuracy but does not prevent you from browsing the website or purchasing AurumNarra.
Sharing and retention
Personal information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers only when necessary for hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, product access, analytics or advertising measurement. Records are retained only as reasonably necessary.
