Terms of Service

These Terms govern the purchase and use of AurumNarra Gold Engine, operated by Ravindra Dangi under the AurumNarra brand.

1. Product nature

AurumNarra is an invite-only TradingView technical-analysis indicator for educational and informational use. It is not financial advice, a brokerage service, a managed account, automated trade execution or a guarantee of profit.

2. Licence

Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the product during the purchased access period. Access may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, reverse engineered or used to create a competing product.

3. Activation

Access is normally activated within six hours after successful payment verification and receipt of the correct TradingView username. In unusual cases, activation may take up to 24 hours or longer where incorrect information, payment review, TradingView availability or another third-party delay is involved.

4. Payments and renewal

Payments may be processed by Razorpay for Indian customers or PayPal for international customers. International customers may alternatively request manual payment with USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network through AurumNarra's official support channels. Crypto instructions and the official wallet address must be obtained from support before payment, and access is provided only after the transaction is verified on-chain. Transfers made with an incorrect asset, network or address may be irreversible and may not be recoverable. Launch plans are one-time, fixed-duration purchases and do not renew automatically. Customers must manually purchase again to continue access.

5. Acceptable use

You must not share access, redistribute protected alerts, publicly disclose private product logic, bypass access controls or use the product unlawfully.

6. Suspension

Access may be suspended or terminated where there is evidence of sharing, resale, fraud, chargeback abuse, intellectual-property infringement or another material violation.

7. No performance warranty

No representation is made that AurumNarra will identify every market move, avoid every loss, achieve a stated win rate or generate income.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AurumNarra and its operator are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, account losses, broker issues, data errors, TradingView outages or indirect damages arising from use of the product.
