Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before access activation

A customer may request cancellation before TradingView access has been activated. Where approved, payment will be returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, PayPal or the applicable provider, subject to processing times, gateway rules and any non-refundable fees permitted by law. An approved crypto refund is returned only after payment and destination-wallet verification and may be reduced by unavoidable blockchain network fees. AurumNarra cannot guarantee recovery of crypto sent with an incorrect asset, network or address.

After access activation

Because AurumNarra is a digital product delivered through invite-only TradingView access, purchases are normally non-refundable after access has been activated.

Cases that may qualify for review

• Duplicate payment for the same order
• AurumNarra cannot provide the purchased access
• Payment succeeded but access was not activated within 24 hours after all correct details were supplied
• A verified access fault cannot be resolved within a reasonable support period
• A refund is required by applicable law

Cases that normally do not qualify

• A trade or account resulted in a loss
• The customer expected guaranteed profits
• The customer did not use the product or changed their mind after activation
• An incorrect TradingView username was supplied
• A separate TradingView plan limitation affects platform functionality
• Access was shared, resold or misused

Renewal

Launch plans do not renew automatically. There is no recurring charge to cancel.
